In a lease deal worth over $2.64 million Varsity Tavern will occupy the second and third floor of the building located at 501 S. Mill Ave. Varsity Tavern currently has a location in Houston Texas and plans having a full service restaurant, dancing and bar games.  Gringo Star will continue to occupy the first floor while the Low Key Piano Bar will continue operations in the “basement” level.

Construction is expected to take six months with an opening planned in the summer of 2018.
