
Thursday May 4 is the 66th Annual National Observance of National Day of Prayer, and a local Tucson organization is participating.
Fellowship Square Senior Living is joining in on the festivities, and the community is invited to attend this free event.
The day will start off with breakfast and refreshments before a flag ceremony and group prayer for our nation. Breakfast will be served in the dining room, accompanied by refreshments, a flag ceremony, prayer for our nation, as well as praise and worship with music.
Participants will have the chance to say prayers for society, government, church, military, family, education, media and business There will also be several speakers on hand to encourage prayer and community, including Chaplain 1Lt Lance Lormand, Pastor Trina R. Petrash, Paul Parisi, Pastor Dwight Withers, Gary Carter, and Marie Kennedy.
