Do you have pets that need their rabies vaccinations?

Take advantage of an upcoming rabies vaccination clinic in Flagstaff. On Saturday, August 11, the Coconino County Public Health Services District (CCPHSD) is sponsoring a low-cost Rabies Vaccination Clinic.

From 1-4 p.m. pet owners are invited to stop by the Coconino Humane Association (3501 E Butler Avenue) to get their dogs and cats vaccinated for only $10. These services will be provided by the Kaibab Veterinary Clinic, which will also handle other vaccinations. Please keep in mind that fees for additional vaccinations will vary and only cash or check will be accepted, no cards.

CCPHSD Animal Management will also be offering one-year dog licenses for $12 altered and $25 unaltered, with two and three year options available as well. Canine owners that are up-to-date with rabies vaccinations and licensing may receive a $30 voucher for spay/neuter procedures.

Arizona State law requires all dogs to be properly licensed and vaccinated. The CCPHSD strongly encourages all cat owners to vaccinate their felines against rabies.

For more information, please call the CCPHSD Animal Management Program at 928-679-8756 or visit www.coconino.az.gov/health.
