  • LEARN – From Bailamos Peru – a Peruvian dance group whose purpose is to promote their cultural heritage by displaying traditional colorful dances and music from Perú.
YOU WILL ENJOY A 4-COURSE MEAL, Pisco Sours  (Pisco is a kind of brandy made from distilled grapes from the Inca region of Peru, south of Lima), one glass of wine and/or beer served with the meal.
First course: Aguadito de Pollo 
Second course: Ceviche (known to originate in Peru!)
Third course: Seco a la Nortena
Fourth course: Lucuma Ice Cream ( loaded with antioxidants, which help fight off free radicals in the body. The fruit has loads of other nutrients like zinc, iron, beta carotene, calcium and niacin)
