Celebrate Japanese Music at the Phoenix Art Museum
LocalĀ families have an awesome opportunity to experience culture, creativity and fun every month at the Phoenix Art Museum.
On the second Sunday of each month, the museum offers Discount Tire Free Family Second Sunday, an interactive afternoon where children and parents can enjoy an assortment of exciting activities. Families receive complimentary admission to the museum, courtesy of Discount Tire company.
On Saturday, March 11th and Sunday, March 12th, families are invited to head out to the museum from 12 to 5 pm for a variety of unique, educational experiences. This month, the museum’s dazzling array of exhibits will be open, including the new Propellers Group exhibition on vietnamese art and culture and the Japanese Samurai collection. In addition, children will enjoy a unique, memorable performance from Japanese artists with Taiko Drums.
