A local community is rallying around a heartbroken bride-to-be and grieving family who were left devastated by a young father’s death in Alabama.
Corey Chapman and his fiancé, Melinda Estes, went shopping last month to look at upgrading her engagement ring. A day later, his life was tragically cut short by a head-on collision in west Jefferson County.
Now, his loved ones are raising money for his grieving family and his funeral expenses. A GoFundMe fundraiser organized by John Rivers shares this message:
On 6/11/18 Corey Chapman of Alabama was tragically killed in a car wreck. His Father Ron Chapman and Step Mother Tracy reside in the Nashville area. Ron works for Mannington Mills as a Residential District Manager in the Midwest Region. Among several other Family members Corey also has a 1 1/2 year old Son Rush.
As you can imagine this unexpected tragedy has devastated this family.
