A new gluten-free restaurant catering to dietary restrictions is opening in Chandler this week.
Blooming Beets Kitchen will open its first location in the state on Thursday, December 1, offering those with gluten-free diets and other dietary needs a full-service restaurant with a diverse menu.
The restaurant is located at the intersection of Ray Road and 56th Street, and it will be open for brunch, lunch and dinner.
Blooming Beets Kitchen has one other location in Boulder, Colorado, and the Chandler restaurant is presented by a partnership between Iva Paleckova and personal trainer Joey Bellus.
The entire menu at Blooming Beets will be gluten-free, and no processed sugar or seed or soy oils will be used in any of the food or beverages.
The restaurant’s menu follows the Paleo diet, featuring food that is nutrient-rich and excluding grains and processed sugars.
Local, organic and sustainable ingredients are used throughout the menu, which is the same as the Colorado location. The menu will feature wild-caught salmon, celery root puree, roasted beets, bacon-wrapped dates, Bunless Smokey Wild Burger and Molten chocolate lava cake.
There will also be a full bar featuring “Paleo cocktails,” made using potato-based vodka, gin, tequila and brandy, as well as gluten-free beers and wine.
