Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing elderly man from Scottsdale.

A Silver Alert has been issued for 75-year-old Donald Stombres, who was last seen near L-101 and East Cactus Road, according to Scottsdale Police. He was in a gray Dodge Ram four-door pickup truck, with Arizona license plate AHJ-3894.

Stombres was wearing an yellow baseball cap, unknown Polo or T-shirt, blue jeans and dark-colored shoes. He is described as white with gray hair, balding on top, and blue eyes.

Officials with the Arizona Department of Public Safety say Stombres recently underwent a double lung transplant, and he needs medications to prevent his body from rejecting the lung.
