
A woman was arrested for driving the wrong way on US-60 in Tempe.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, reports came in of a car traveling slowly toward the west, despite being in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near Mill Avenue.
As officers responded to the scene, the driver went on the transition ramp and began heading westbound on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10. According to a news release, the car was stopped a citizen on duty for a security company. At that point, the driver was going the wrong way in the HOV lane.
Troops arrived soon after and arrested a 23-year-old woman named Dallas Jozwick. She faces charges of driving under the influence and more are still pending.
