Make sure you are properly hydrated all season long
(April 2021 – Phoenix, Ariz.) Whether it’s your first spring in the Valley, or you have been here for years, it’s important to remember dry heat, excessive sun and high temperatures can lead to many preventable health issues including dehydration.
