
Admission to the Tucson Botanical Garden now includes access to a very special exhibit: Frida Kahlo-Art, Garden, Life.
Now through May 2017, the renowned Tucson Botanical Gardens is hosting the blockbuster exhibit created by the premier New York Botanical Gardens. Frida Kahlo: Art, Garden, Life allows visitors a close-up observation of Kahlo’s stunning collection of self-portraits and nature-themed paintings. The exhibit examines Kahlo’s art through the lens of plants and nature, which appear repeatedely in her paintings and her personal gardens.
The Tucson Botanical Gardens was selected as the only institution to host this exhibition by the New York Botanical Gardens. It will celebrate Frida and her love of nature and gardens in the beautiful atmosphere of the vivid Botanical Gardens.

Don’t miss out on an enjoyable outing of natural beauty and artistic excellence. The Tucson Botanical Gardens is open daily 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and 4:30-8:00 on Thursday and Friday evenings. Adult admission is $13 and includes access to the Butterfly Magic and Frida Kahlo exhibit.
