Tucson Bike Shop Devastated After Break In

A beloved Tucson bicycle store is searching for answers after a Saturday night robbery.

BICAS bike shop is located near Grant and Stone and otherwise known as Bicycle Inter Community Art & Salvage. The shop was left heavily damaged after the robbery, which has raised many questions.  bike shop was broken into and robbed in Tucson on Saturday night.

The BICAS team took to Facebook after the heartbreaking discovery, writing:

Dear BICAS Community,
We are heartbroken to report that we had a major break-in at our shop last night. We are still assessing the extent of the damage/theft but we will definitely not be able to open today. It’s a real mess in here. 

We will update as soon as we can about when we will be opening again, but for the time being your legendary fierce & loyal support would be greatly appreciated in the form of any information regarding the break-in, understanding regarding our unplanned closure(s), &/or monetary donations via our website: www.bicas.org
