SEEDs for Autism is a non-profit based in downtown Phoenix that provides hands-on learning opportunities for adults with autism, giving them the chance to develop skills to help them prosper. SEEDs provides a path from “learning to earning,” using educational, vocational training and social development to help these incredible individuals achieve a more promising future. Through their program, adults learn handcrafting skills, such as sewing, welding, beading, woodworking, ceramics and metal working. They end up creating beautiful pieces of jewelry, home decor, lawn decorations and much more, which they then sell in their shop and at special events.
