Teen volunteers needed for summer activities at Tempe Public Library

Know a teen who wants to make a difference? Tempe Public Library is looking for awesome teens ages 12-18 to help with summer activities. Teens will acquire volunteer service hours for school while developing professional skills to prepare them for career and college readiness. They will also provide customer service to families and lead fun and meaningful activities with children, teens and library staff.

The library is hosting a Summer Teen Volunteer Orientation on two different dates. Registration is not required and there is no fee for the orientation.

Monday, May 6, 4-6 p.m.

Saturday, May 11, 2-4 p.m.

Both classes will be held in the Teen Center, lower level of the Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road.
