The 3rd Annual Super Hero Adventure will offer a variety of family fun on Saturday, October 14.

All proceeds benefit students with disabilities through Over the Rainbow Butterfly Garden, a non-profit organization that makes a huge difference to Flagstaff students who need speech and occupational therapies.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the community is invited to complete adventure courses alongside beloved Super Heroes at NAU’s Field House!

Great prizes are up for grab, and attendees will also get the chance to meet real-life super heroes that make the community a safer, better place for everyone.

Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors 55 and older, and $5 for kids (1 and under are free). Once inside the event, all adventure courses, games, prizes, face painting and activities are free!

Tickets are available for purchase at the door on the day of the event.

For more information, please visit the Facebook Event Page.

Parking on Saturdays is free at NAU, so no parking permits are necessary! The best parking lot will be P16, and guests can walk from there to the front entrance of the Field House. For more information, check out the NAU Parking Map.

I am a multimedia journalist and proud graduate from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication. I am originally from Minnesota, and I love learning about my second home, Arizona, and all of it's awesome communities through my contributions to My Local News! When I was a little girl, I created my own "newspaper" for my neighborhood and spent all my time writing, printing and sending each edition to my loyal subscribers (AKA my family and neighbors!). Now, it's a dream come true to be able to write everyday and have a positive impact on communities through my reporting. In my free time, I love to travel, hike, cook and spend time with my family and friends.
