Join the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library for the next event in their lecture series next Thursday.

On September 28th, NAU Psychology Professor Tom Filsinger will present The Psychology of Creativity: Theory and Practice. 

In his discussion, Filsinger will discuss the definition of creativity, as well as research on creativity in children and adults. He will also talk about transforming creative endeavors into fruitful hobbies and overcoming obstacles to start a business.

In addition to teaching at NAU, Filsinger is also the founder of his game company, which created the tabletop card game Champions of the Galaxy, as well as a published author. He wrote The Dark Menace of the Universe and Shadows of the Road. 

The hour-long lecture will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Flagstaff City-Coconino County Public Library located at 300 W. Aspen Avenue in Flagstaff.
