Pomo Pizzeria has meticulously crafted a brand-new cocktail list at all three locations, packed with innovative ingredients and high-quality spirits. The cocktail list for both Pomo Gilbert and Pomo in Downtown Phoenix are the same, while Scottsdale’s Pomo location has a different set of specialty cocktails.

Highlights at the Pomo Gilbert and Downtown Phoenix location include the Pomo Lemondrop, with Finlandia vodka, limoncello, fresh lemon and blackberry puree; Pioggia, with Infuse grapefruit vodka, Bols orange liquer, fresh lemon, simple syrup and fresh basil; and the Inverno, with el Jimador tequila, St. George spiced pear liqueur, fresh lime and apple puree.  Both the Gilbert and downtown location also have Italian classic cocktails available like the Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Bellini and Rossini, among others. Pomo Pizzeria in Gilbert has also introduced bottomless Bellinis and mimosas for only $9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. They have peach, berry and regular mimosas available.

At Pomo Pizzeria in Scottsdale, newly introduced cocktail highlights include the Puma, which includes Hangar One rose vodka, Tempus Fugit Crème de Violette, fresh lemon, Giffard gomme and Fresco rose; Seta, with St. George Botinavore gin, tempus fugit, quinaquina, fresh lemon, Giffard gome and club soda; and the Fresca, which includes a mix of Corazon blanco tequila, Passoa passion fruit liqueur, fresh lime and mango Re’al.
