First Place AZ has announced the election of Mary Martuscelli to its Board of Directors.
Martuscelli, who is the regional president of U.S. Bank’s western region, will join the charitable non-profit that strives to ensure housing options for people with autism and neuro-diversities are easily accessible and attainable.
Next summer, First Place will open a first-of-its-kind, $15 million property for residents. This 81,000-square-foot residence, located at 3001 N. Third Street in downtown Phoenix, will make a huge difference to the community and represents the first innovative model by First Place.
Martuscelli will bring financial and strategic planning expertise, executive management and leadership to her new role. Her contributions will be crucial as First Place progresses toward the grand opening of their new residence and continues with their expansion plans.
She is an active member of the community, serving on the boards of the Arizona Science Center, Arizona Community Foundation, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and Greater Phoenix Leadership. She has a nephew on the autism spectrum.
Martuscelli is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University, also in Michigan. She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance.
Martuscelli joined U.S. Bank in October 2012, and she oversees wealth management in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and the state of Washington. Prior to this, she served as the president of J.P. Morgan Chase in Arizona.
