Fast-casual pizzeria, Fired Pie has released three new menu items at all 20 locations, which include options for cheese lovers and vegetarians alike.
Their baked-to-perfection Mac ‘N Cheese dish can be purchased for just $6.99. Guests may also choose a custom Mac ‘N Cheese option for $8.99, which comes with any three ingredients, and any additional cheese of your choice. Both Mac ‘N Cheese options are topped with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and baked in a stone hearth pizza oven.
Fired Pie has also introduced a healthy meat alternative for vegetarians and meat lovers. The vegetarian plant-based “meat” has a real sausage taste and contains no trans-fat, no saturated fat and no artificial colors or flavors. The soy-based protein is two-thirds less fat than pork sausage. The fast-casual pizzeria’s plant-based sausage protein is available at all 20 Fired Pie locations.
Other new menu additions include the cauliflower crust option, which serves as a yummy, healthy and gluten-free alternative to your average crust. Cauliflower serves as a great source of fiber, a lower-carb alternative to grains, is rich in vitamin C and can be a good source of antioxidants. The new cauliflower crust is available for an additional $2.29.
