Eric M. Bailey, a local communication expert, is the 2020 recipient of the Diversity Leader of the Year award given by the Diversity Leadership Alliance and Arizona SHRM. This award recognizes community leaders who have demonstrated excellence in promoting diversity and inclusion, as well as creating ways to hold uncomfortable conversations in the workplace to better unite people.
Bailey is the president and co-founder of Bailey Strategic Innovation Group, one of the fastest-growing communication consulting firms that guides workplaces in breaking communication barriers using decades of brain science research. The work and values within his own business have opened doors for Bailey to continue spreading awareness regarding diversity and inclusion.
