Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), a leading health and well-being company, today announced it is hiring close to 80 full-time national phone sales employees in Phoenix.
The Telesales Specialist positions will support Humana’s local Direct Marketing Services (DMS) center in Phoenix. Employees will provide national phone sales and enrollment assistance for the company’s Medicare benefit plans and specialty products. These positions will also directly handle inquiries and provide guidance to help new and existing Humana Medicare Advantage members nationwide find benefit solutions to meet their needs.
To fill the positions, Humana is hosting a one-day hiring event on Tuesday, May 22, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST at the Phoenix DMS center. The center is located at 2231 E. Camelback Road, conveniently located in the Biltmore.
Interviews will be conducted on-site during the hiring event, so it is recommended that interested candidates dress professionally and bring several copies of their current resume.
Humana, a Fortune 100 company, is seeking to hire immediately, with starting dates ranging from May through July 2, 2018. These roles are being added in order to meet the demand of the upcoming annual Medicare open enrollment period, which runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7, 2018.
