What would Oktoberfest be without a traditional Bavarian Dinner Party? Everyone is invited to celebrate in the traditional Bavarian manner with Chef Tom Rosenberger, who will be visiting from our Sister City – Regensburg, Germany. Chef Tom has been a trained chef for more than 30 years and has worked in many restaurants in Bavaria and Italy. He previously owned a restaurant in Ingolstadt, Bavaria. Three years ago, he was able to fulfill his personal dream of starting his own cooking school in Regensburg, “Toms Kochschule”.
Chef Tom’s menu will include: Böfflamott (a kind of Bavarian beef pot roast) with spaetzle and Bavarian kraut; Bavarian Potato Cheese, Brezenstangen (a kind of Bavarian bread), and Bavarian cream with fruit ragout.
Dirndls and lederhosen anyone? Feel free to dress Bavarian!
Tuesday, October 10, 2017; 6:30-8:30pm
The cost is $50 per person.
