As Kathy’s current position and owner of Telecom Technical College is not an average career seen everyday, how did she enter into such a specific field?

After working 25+ years with telephone installation for AT&T, and while working with her husband within this industry, there was a large amount of work that needed to be completed by construction companies. Kathy Gill realized many of the individual’s working with construction companies had very little education.

For example, often workers were not aware of safety standards and never had any previous knowledge on the topic. It was with this, that Gill grew a strong passion to assist and teach individuals working in this industry. Gill began to understand the ins and out of safety standards and drove that motivation into training individuals for empowerment.

Which introduces the next mysterious question on, what specifically throughout Kathy’s experience presented her passionate enough to begin and own a college.

Kathy states one of her most successful points thus far as, “I am the only woman in the country to own their own trading school, I own 100% of the school.”

Not only is she the only woman to own 100% of these industry colleges, but Kathy Kill is also created the first Wireless Cell Tower Safety School in the Desert Southwest.

College Programs & Services: Telecommunications Tower Technician Certification of Completion and Qualified Drone Cell Tower Operator prepares individuals for a future with a wireless career. Safe work performance and  training must be the most important aspect of a cell tower worker’s daily routine.

Courses: Telecommunications Tower Technician requires successfully completing the following 5 subjects below for Certification of Completion. Must be of at least 18 years of age and have a GED or High School Diploma to enroll.
