Crash Involving Pedestrian Closes Roads in Tucson

A scary incident involving a pedestrian closed a busy stretch of roads in Tucson on Thursday night.

All directions of travel were closed at Grant Road and Columbus Boulevard following the crash, according to the Tucson Police Department. A pedestrian was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries. Westbound Grant Road was closed for several hours from Mountain View, east of Swan Road to Columbus Boulevard.
