The Musical Instrument Museum is open all week long from 9 AM until 5 PM. Holidays might affect these hours. They ARE OPEN on Christmas Day. While buying your tickets in advance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. This place can get very crowded. If you want to have a definite spot, do make sure to buy your tickets ahead of time.
