The Tucson Police Department said a man sustained multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting at a bus stop on the south side of Tucson on Sunday.
The victim was shot several times while sitting on a bench near East 36th Street and South Plummer Avenue. Police say the suspects drove by in a vehicle and began firing shots at him. They drove away and remain on the loose.
The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Tucson’s police Gang Unit investigated the scene and said the shooting was not random and the suspects know the victim. No arrests have been made.
