The Bradshaw Mountain Bears are clicking on all cylinders as the spring season gets underway.
The high school’s softball team is 3-1 so far, with at least ten runs scored in every game. They tallied 22 runs in their first game (and win!) vs. Lee Williams on Feb. 21 before suffering a narrow 12-10 loss at Coconino in Flagstaff.
Last Friday afternoon, the Bears enjoyed a 24-0 shutout victory vs. Youngker from Buckeye. Due to the run rule, they played only five innings as Bradshaw tallied an impessive 22 hits.
Nex up, Bradshaw Mountain will face Flagstaff at home on Tuesday, March 6th before participating in the Cool Nights Tournament this weekend.
