University of Arizona Softball will host the NCAA Regional Tournament this weekend, wrapping up their time at Hillenbrand Stadium before massive renovations begin.

Ranked 10th in the nation, the Wildcats earned the 14th national seed for the tournament. North Dakota State, Mississippi State and St. Francis (PA) will arrive in Tucson on Friday for the big matchups.

Friday’s first game starts at 6 p.m. and will see Mississippi State take on North Dakota State. UA and St. Francis will take the field at 8:30 pm.

The Wildcats (40-14, 13-11) secured a fifth place finish in the Pac-12 Conference this season. They could face conference rival UCLA in a Super Regional matchup, depending on the outcome of upcoming games.
