Real estate investment and development company Mariposa East, LP, an affiliate of Harvard Investments, Inc. has announced Twilight Homes will soon begin constructing new models in their newest neighborhood, The M @ Mariposa. This 2-acre parcel will include a commercial area as well as 25 new Twilight homes. The Mariposa master-planned community is found in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just 30 minutes north of Albuquerque.

The neighborhood is under development by Butterfly Holdings, a subsidiary of AMREP. The area was zoned for mixed use which allows single family, multi-family and commercial uses. The homes will be one and two-story homes. With the infrastructure nearly complete, Twilight anticipates starting to build a two-story model this month. Twilight offers a single-story plan that is 1,808 square feet and two 2-story plans that are 2,582 square feet and 2,732 square feet.
