U.S. Egg is excited to announce the launch of its Protein Pancake Bar transforming its popular Protein Pancakes into a new portable snack and/or meal replacement. The secret family recipe has been adapted into a bar packed with nutritious ingredients and available for purchase at all six U.S. Egg Valley locations.

Now with a bar option, it is even easier for our guests to enjoy this U.S. Egg favorite wherever they go.”
The Protein Pancake Bar contains all of the rich flavors of the U.S. Egg favorite in a compact, nutrient-rich bar. Made with non-GMO ingredients, the one-of-a-kind bar contains 20 grams of protein and a blend of blueberries, almonds and cinnamon providing a sweet and nutty flavor. They are high in fiber, keto and paleo compliant and gluten-free. The bars contain no artificial colors or flavors and only 5 grams of sugar per serving.
U.S. Egg’s Protein Pancakes became an instant favorite when launched in 1986. The made-from- scratch pancakes paved the way for incorporating protein in a healthy and filling breakfast. They are made with fresh ingredients including the U.S. Egg High Protein Granola, which is baked and packaged daily at all six locations. The Protein Pancake Bars have a shelf life of 6 months and retail for $3 each.
