The Race that is Fueling Financial Education for the Next Generation!

Financial health is a lot like physical health. We grow stronger when we make it a priority and stay committed to a plan. All it takes is some knowledge and the right training. To support the financial literacy programs like Junior Achievement of Arizona that put kids on the right track.

If you love to run, jog or walk … and love to support a great cause, you can do both at the same time by participating in JA of Arizona’s 4.01K Race for Financial Fitness!

The race is on to help build a healthier and more fiscally fit community.  Enjoy a beautiful, fun morning in Mesa.  There will be a 4.01k Walk/Run, a Fun Run, and a Kid’s Run. There will also be a Wellebration™ after the run with food trucks and games for all to enjoy!

100% of proceeds from these Sponsorships benefit Junior Achievement of Arizona and their work to provide real-world and innovative financial literacy programs to the youth in our community.  Register yourself or a fundraising team!  Registration is $35 per person, and discounts are provided for teams of 5+.  Children 12 and under are free to participate.  Registration opens at 7:30AM and the race starts at 9:00AM.  We can’t wait to see you out at this first annual event!

About Junior Achievement

For the last 60 years, Junior Achievement of Arizona (JA) has been empowering the futures of millions of Arizona students by giving them the knowledge and skills they need to manage their money, plan for their future, and make smart academic, career and economic choices. Delivered by 9,500 business and community volunteer mentors, our hands-on, age-appropriate programs focus on three key areas: financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.

Thanks to your support, last year we served over 80,000 Arizona students. For every $36 you raise, you will sponsor one Arizona Student through our program! Together, we are empowering young people to own their economic success!
