VooDoo Daddy’s Steam Kitchen in Tempe has unveiled a new lunch menu with traditional cajun classics starting at $7.
Designed to bring the tastes of cajun and creole classics to Arizona, Ron Lynch, former president of Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, debuted the Cajun fast-casual concept in Tempe in May. VooDoo Daddy’s Steam Kitchen specializes in Louisiana favorites such as jambalaya, gumbo, po’boys, and red beans and rice. Their made fresh-to-order approach involves a steam kettle cooking design where customers order at the counter and choose a spice level from 1-10.
The new lunch menu is available Monday – Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features:
