MODERN OYSTERBAR CHOPHOUSE is now accepting reservations for Thanksgiving dinner. The Scottsdale restaurant will be open Thanksgiving day where they will offer a special menu crafted by Executive Chef Mike Bouwens. Dinner will be offered from 1 to 8 p.m. The regular menu will also be available that day. Below is the traditional Turkey Menu:
Thanksgiving Feature – $49 per person
· Oven Roasted Turkey served with sweet potato souffle, pomme puree, sage & apple stuffing with sausage, green been casserole, cranberry relish and natural pan gravy
