On Thanksgiving Eve (Nov. 27) Ghost Ranch in Tempe will offer a special dish to celebrate the holiday! Guests are invited to sink their teeth into a specialty dish created by Chef Rene Andrade and Chef Roberto Centeno. Sonoran Prime Rib will be served with Cascabel potato rosti (paper thin shaved potatoes and black pepper goat cheese from Crow’s Dairy Farm), chiltepin au jus and horseradish crema for $32. The regular menu will also be available to order. Reservations are not taken at Ghost Ranch due to limited seating so make sure to get there early!
Ghost Ranch opened August of 2018 in Tempe at 1006 E. Warner Road, Suite 102-3. The restaurant’s menu is modern southwestern cuisine.
