Join City of Tempe staff, local artists and businesses for a workshop focused on how to navigate commissioning a mural as a team. Business owners wanting to learn more about the mural application process, and artists interested in learning more about private mural commissions, will want to attend! Artist Lauren Lee and representatives from Boulevard LA / Southern + Mill will share their experiences in the creation of Lee’s mural, Lost Island, located at 63 E. Southern Ave. City of Tempe staff will share insights and discuss the process of applying for a mural permit, commissioning and working within the city.
