If you’re a fan of celebrated chef and television personality Giada De Laurentiis, then you’ll be thrilled to know that one of her restaurant concept’s is coming to the valley very soon.

Hotel developer HCW recently announced that “Luna by Giada” will serve as the headlining restaurant in the new Republic Hotel in Scottsdale, an exciting addition to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall.

This hotel project is set to open in spring 2021 and is Caesars Entertainment’s first non-gaming boutique hotel brand. Luna by Giada will sit alongside a more casual all-day restaurant called Pronto by Giada at the new Four Diamond Republic Scottsdale.

The Cromwell in Las Vegas currently boasts the very popular GIADA, which serves her signature Italian fare made with love and fresh ingredients. The restaurant will feature freshly baked breads and pizzas, pasta and more classic Italian favorites. Wines from around the world and signature cocktails will complete the dining experience.
