Brightroot, the Tempe-based parent company of The Mint Dispensary and vertical multi-state cannabis dispensary operator and product developer, is introducing a wide range of high-quality, cannabis-infused packaged food options. Delivering convenience and flavor, the company will launch its first product line – Budoodle Noodles, a ramen soup powered by nano-cannabis – in March, timed to National Noodle Month.

As the innovator behind Arizona’s largest medicinal cannabis dispensary and first gourmet cannabis kitchen in the nation, Brightroot’s foray into packaged food is a natural extension of its commitment to pursuing continued research and innovative development of cannabis-based products. The food lines have been specially infused with nano-cannabis, a proprietary cutting-edge formulation that delivers more accurate dosing and improved bio-availability of the cannabis that allows more cannabinoids to enter the bloodstream. The line of products is created to address often complex needs of people who are battling a variety of illnesses, from cancer and epilepsy to Alzheimer’s disease.

“As the medicinal cannabis space has continued to evolve, we saw a significant need at the dispensary level to a add greater diversity of higher-quality cannabis-infused packaged food options,” said Eivan Shahara, CEO of Brightroot and The Mint Dispensary. “We blended our in-depth understanding of the positive health benefits of cannabis, along with pharmatech nanotechnology, with our knowledge of food and nutrition to create a more flavorful, gourmet shelf-stable meal options.”

Perfectly seasoned, the Budoodle Noodles soup line includes four ramen noodle-based soup varieties packaged in convenient, on-the-go cups. Jam-packed with more mixed vegetables, including corn, peas and carrots than regular ramen options, each soup is loaded with natural flavors and powered by nano-cannabis in 100mg, 250mg and 500mg doses. Among the product varieties:

Red Eye Rooster is packed with homestyle chicken noodle flavor. Heavy Heifer is a delicious beef-flavored ramen soup. With a light, fresh flavor, Gas & Grass ramen soup is loaded with a medley of carrots, green peas and corn. Roach of the Sea features delicious shrimp-flavored ramen noodles.

Easy to make, each 2.25 oz. (64g) cup is ready in three minutes after steeping contents in boiling water. Budoodle Noodles can be enjoyed directly from the cup.

All four varieties of Budoodle Noodles have started appearing on dispensary shelves in Arizona at The Mint Dispensary in Tempe (5210 S. Priest Drive, 85283) and Mesa (330 E. Southern Ave., 85210).

Budoodle Noodles will be followed by a new Mexican-inspired food line coming and a full range of delicious, convenient snack products, both powered by nano-cannabis, which are expected to be on shelves by April 20 (420).
