Global niche IT recruitment firm Frank Recruitment Group has announced it will open a new office location in the Phoenix area of Arizona.
Located at 4343 North Scottsdale Road, the firm’s Scottsdale office opened its doors on Monday 7th January, creating more than 50 new jobs. The company’s eighth North American location, the branch will initially focus on recruiting for roles across NetSuite, Amazon Web Services, and ServiceNow through three of its core brands—Anderson Frank, Jefferson Frank, and Nelson Frank, respectively.
Frank Recruitment Group has grown its presence in the US significantly over the last year following its appointment of industry veteran Sunny Ackerman as President of Americas. Scottsdale is the third city the company has chosen to call home in North America in the past six months, coming hot on the heels of office launches in Tampa, FL and Denver, CO.
“We have an ambitious growth strategy and have worked in the North American market for a long time. We’re always on the lookout for new burgeoning tech locations, and Arizona is one we’ve been interested in for a while,” said Ackerman. “All of the signs point to now being the right time to expand, and we’re thrilled to finally announce our latest office location in the greater Phoenix area. We can’t wait to give our existing customers in Arizona an even better experience, and bring new clients and employees on board.”
The expansion into the Phoenix Metropolitan area has prompted two significant appointments, as part of the company’s ongoing development across North America. Susan Persichetti has joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and Ian Clark has been promoted to East Coast President.
Persichetti, an alumnus of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, commands a wealth of
experience across a range of industries, including equity trading and business development in the staffing and software solutions sectors. With a background in sales, marketing, and channel management, Persichetti has a unique understanding of the tech recruitment market and will play a central role in driving the firm’s US operations going forward.
Clark is an alumnus of Oxford Brookes University and relocated to the US from England in 2016 to oversee the launch of Frank Recruitment Group’s Philadelphia and Tampa offices. With over 13 years of recruitment experience under his belt, Clark joined the company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, and has worked his way up to the position of President. Clark will now be responsible for the firm’s operations across the East Coast, managing more than 450 employees across Frank Recruitment Group’s Eastern locations.
