Matt Hoodie, owner and fitness trainer at TRANSFORM Scottsdale, not only talks-the-talk but walks-the-walk when it comes to weight loss. Hoodie lost close to 150 pounds and he’s been able to keep it off for nearly a decade. Hoodie also has more 100-pound (major) weight loss transformations than any other fitness trainer in the country.

Based on his personal experience, Hoodie appreciates the challenges necessary to make a complete life transformation, “At TRANSFORM we do not believe in fad diets or the latest trends like no carb consumption,” he said. “The human body needs carbs to function properly. Following a diet like Keto, that is low in carbs and sugars, is setting yourself up for failure. Diets that exclude entire food groups like fruits and grains, are not only unrealistic, they are unhealthy and not sustainable long term.”

Hoodie and the TRANSFORM Scottsdale team is conducting a FREE weight loss seminar in North Scottsdale on Jan. 19 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. They will break down some of the top diet myths/fad diet misnomers as well as help participants understand metabolism and the proven “4 Quadrant System of Weight Loss.” Visit TRANSFORM Scottsdale’s Facebook page to reserve your space at the FREE seminar with the highly sought-after nutrition and fitness experts.

TRANSFORM Scottsdale is located at 20831 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, Ariz. 85255, (480) 233-0933. The personal training studio specializes in truly transforming clients. With a proven track record, TRANSFORM trainers and clients know what it takes to make a lifelong commitment to good health.
