On Wednesday, October 17th the Madison Education Foundation will be hosting a unique fundraiser with the goal of raising $5,000 to administer an Arts in Education grants program benefiting all eight of the schools within the Madison Elementary School District.
The Madison Tasting Tour will provide participants with the opportunity of riding a traditional yellow Madison school bus to “Taste” several of Phoenix’s best-loved and new restaurants: The Bevvy, Farm & Craft, Pure Sushi Colony and Stock & Stable. Food pairings and cocktails will be served at each location. Also, there is a NEW SPIN on the tour this year; we are adding a “Sweet Ending” to cap off the night with delectable desserts being provided by A Bake Shop and Uncle Biff’s Killer Cookies.
Seating for the Madison Tasting Tour is limited to only 100 guests. Two groups of 50 each will depart at 5:45 and 6:00 p.m., respectively, from the brand new Madison Center for the Arts located at 5601 North 16th Street. Parking can be found on the N.E. corner of 16th street and Missouri.
A donation of $70 per person benefits the Madison Education Foundation, which supports music and the arts in our local Madison district schools.
