Summer Fitness Series Offers Free Fun in Flagstaff

Are you looking for a fun way to stay fit this summer? Check out an amazing Summer Fitness Series presented by Aspen Place at the Sawmill.

All of the classes are free and open to the public. Experienced fitness lovers and those who are just getting back into the swing of things are all invited to join in the fun. The three studios at Aspen Place – barre3, Esenem Yoga and Orangetheory Fitness Flagstaff – are taking turns hosting the classes, which take place every Saturday from 9-10 AM.

Participants should bring yoga mats and a water bottle and meet in the courtyard next to Grimaldi’s patio. Invite your family and friends for a feel-good morning!

Classes are held weather permitting. Here’s the line-up for the rest of the summer:

Sat. Aug. 4 Esenem Yoga
Sat. Aug. 11 Barre3
Sat. Aug. 18 OrangeTheory Fitness
Sat. Aug. 25 Final combo class
