
LEGISLATIVE IMPACT – Sen. Gail Griffin (R – Hereford, Dist.6) was recognized by the Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) with a 2016 Legislative Session Champions Award. Joining Griffin were (left) AAED’s president, Jennifer Graves, CEcD, economic development manager, Gilbert, Ariz., and Joyce Grossman, AAED’s executive director. Griffin sponsored a bill, which in its original form was an attempt to dedicate more money to fund roads and streets, seen as a benefit for economic development efforts.
