Arizona Association for Economic Development Announces New Officers

The Arizona Association for Economic Development (AAED) has announced its new officers for 2017.

Curt Woody, AZED Pro, economic development and tourism director for the town of Marana, is AAED’s new president.  Richard Wilkie, CEcD, economic development manager for the city of Casa Grande, has assumed president-elect duties.  Nicole Snyder, director of marketing for Devenney Group Ltd., is serving as vice president, while Mignonne Hollis, AZED Pro, executive director of the Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation, has assumed the secretary/treasurer post.  Jennifer Graves, CEcD, deputy director, economic development, Gilbert Office of Economic Development, is immediate past president.

The officers were approved at AAED’s general membership meeting held in conjunction with the organization’s spring conference in Lake Havasu City.

AAED, founded in 1974, has a mission to serve as Arizona’s unified voice advocating for responsible economic development through an effective program of professional education, public policy, and collaboration.
