Throughout May and June, Arizona Broadway Theatre (ABT) is partnering with the City of Peoria libraries for a summer Beauty and the Beast Literacy Campaign and Book Drive. Donated books will go to support literacy education and reading to underprivileged kids in our area

Let Your Imagination Soar! – June 2 – July 2
ABT audiences and Peoria library patrons are encouraged to donate a new children’s book to the Peoria Main and Sunrise Mountain Libraries as well as at ABT before the performance of “Beauty and the Beast.” Those who donate will receive a special edition Beauty and the Beast bookmark with a coupon code for tickets to the show.

Beauty and the Books – Storytime with Belle!
Children can enjoy storytime with Belle at both Peoria libraries on May 23 and 24 from 10 to 11 a.m. Belle will also be available to pose for pictures following storytime.
