Keep Your Resolutions – at Sky Harbor Airport

Let America’s Friendliest Airport® help show you the way in 2017 to keeping your healthy New Year’s resolutions.

Reduce daily calories and eat healthy!

Sky Harbor has a variety of healthy dining options.  In addition, many of the airport restaurants offer gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Looking for salads?  There are endless options.  Check out the Brussels Sprout Salad at Chelsea’s Kitchen or the famous Stetson Salad at Cowboy Ciao.  La Grande Orange offers yummy vegan and vegetarian choices such as a Shredded Kale and Quinoa Salad and Spicy Chickpea Lettuce Wraps.  Other options include a Garden Burger from Four Peaks Brewery.  Find out more about all of our unique dining options on our website,

Looking for a little exercise between flights or before your flight? Walk the Sky Harbor Fitness Trail— a little over 1 mile from Gate A 30 to Gate D 8. This trail is part of PHXFIT, a city of Phoenix initiative intended to help get Phoenix residents into better shape. Experience sights and views of Phoenix seen from an airport perspective like the downtown Phoenix skyline and Camelback Mountain. Visit for more information.

Read more books

Phoenix Sky Harbor offers several bookstores in the terminals, and some participate in the Read & Return Program. This allows readers to purchase a book and return it for a credit on another book.

Volunteer and learn a new skill

Learn something that will make you shine at your job or enhance your home.  Consider volunteering your time and talent as a Navigator at Sky Harbor. Navigator volunteers’ mission is to make our guests’ experience at Phoenix Sky Harbor faster, easier and more enjoyable. Find out more at
